Camera-ready instructions

The camera-ready version of the paper should be submitted using EasyChair author role for IEEE ISCC 2020 until June 18th. This version needs to contain the copyright notice and must be the one generated with PDFExpress. The paper must use one of the templates available here for Latex and Word.

In addition, you should add the copyright notice in your paper, which is one of the following:

• For papers in which all authors are employed by the US government, the copyright notice is: U.S. Government work not protected by U.S. copyright
• For papers in which all authors are employed by a Crown government (UK, Canada, and Australia), the copyright notice is: 978-1-7281-8086-1/20/$31.00 ©2020 Crown
• For papers in which all authors are employed by the European Union, the copyright notice is: 978-1-7281-8086-1/20/$31.00 ©2020 European Union
• For all other papers the copyright notice is: 978-1-7281-8086-1/20/$31.00 ©2020 IEEE

For Latex

If you are in the last category of the copyright notice, you can add the following command in your .tex file:

\IEEEpubid{978-1-7281-8086-1/20/\$31.00 \copyright2020 IEEE}

You can insert this command right after the \title{} for example.

If this does not work, you may add three commands (2 before \maketitle and one after):

Replace the footer of the first page with the correct copyright notice. If you are in the fourth category, just replace

PDFExpress

Once your PDF is ready, you have to check it with the tool called PDFExpress.

Before uploading your final manuscrit on EasyChair, you must pass PDFExpress to check the validity of your PDF file here.

If you don’t have an account yet, please create a new one. You will have to use the conference ID 50000X.

If you already have an account, you need to use the conference ID 50000X to log in.

Then you should click on “Create New Title”.

In the box “Enter Title Info” enter the title of your paper, and then click on Submit File for Checking or Converting.

Follow the instructions to upload the PDF.

You should receive the PDFExpress report within 24 hours. If your PDF file passed, you can upload this very file to EasyChair. If it did not pass, you should correct it, and start over the PDFExpress process (with your existing account).

Copyright

You need to sign the IEEE Copyright agreement for your paper. EasyChair is a vendor authorized by IEEE to handle copyright agreements. To sign the agreement via EasyChair, you should:

1. Log in to EasyChair;
2. Click on "Alerts" in the main menu;
3. Click on "IEEE copyright agreement for paper Enabling IEEE 802.15.4-2015 TSCH based Wireless Network for Electric Vehicle Battery Management".

If there is no such link under your Alerts menu tab, then one of the authors already signed the agreement on behalf of all authors.

Registration

The registration is now open and can be made here until June 18th.

Please choose one of the following options on type of registration:

• Workshop registration (IEEE member) 100€
• Workshop registration (non-IEEE member) 125€

For Windows users: Note that the old version of Microsoft Edge web browser is not compatible with the registration website, so please use another web browser or upgrade it (however, version 83.0.478.37 was checked and is working).

Authors of multiple accepted papers only need to register once. Authors of multiple accepted papers should indicate the ID and title of all their papers on the registration form. There is an additional fee for more than 2 accepted papers.

Notes on the form:

• You will need to enter the ID and title of your paper. Please fill the corresponding fields and click "Add". If you have several accepted papers, you can do that multiple times (one for each accepted paper).
• A single registration covers up to two papers. An additional fee of 150€ is required if you have more than 2 papers accepted. In case you have more than 2 papers accepted, you will need to check the option "Yes, I have more than 2 accepted papers (150€)".
